Please note that we require at least 24 and preferably 48 hrs notice for cancellation or change of appointments, so as not to incur a charge.

COVID-19 precautions

Mask wearing is presently optional within the practice unless there is a health directive; please speak to us about any concerns you may have.  Patients who have cold/flu/fever symptoms should defer their appointment until 5 days after recovery. A telehealth appointment is an option.  If your deferred matter is more urgent, please consult your family doctor or your nearest hospital emergency department.  Please minimise accompanying persons. At SNNN, we want to reassure our patients that we are doing all we can to ensure our practice is a safe environment.

Our practice policy

Telehealth appointments can only be booked with valid credit card holding information.

Our doctors do not generally conduct medical correspondence via email. If you email us with questions, you will be asked to book an appointment. This can be via telehealth.

Prescriptions are offered at the time of consultation. If you require a prescription outside these times, and you cannot obtain that from your GP, you will either need to book an appointment, or pay a script fee beforehand for our doctors to prescribe this. Please note if it has been some time since your last appointment, you may be asked to make one.  A fee is usually also levied for reproduction of records which can be charged to the requesting third party, but signed consent for release of information has to be presented.

You usually have to have a telehealth appointment to speak to a doctor. We can attempt to convey a message in a timely manner but this may not replace a scheduled appointment.

See About Us for information regarding our medical team, and read about our research and training. The doctors at SNNN are all heavily engaged in research and innovation in the neurological sciences, and have published widely in many reputable international peer-reviewed journals.
